From contractors: account and contact details, crew and territory information, and usage data needed to run the service. From homeowners who request a free storm report: the name, address, and contact details you submit, and your consent to be contacted about your roof.
How we use it
To deliver and improve the service, to connect homeowners who opt in with the contractor serving their area, and to send the communications you requested. We do not sell personal information.
Calls and texts (TCPA)
If you ask us for a storm report and provide your phone number, you consent to be contacted at that number — including by call and text — about your roof. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us. We honor do-not-contact requests and suppress those records from outreach.
Security & retention
We use industry-standard safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
